I need to cancel my order
We start processing orders straight away, so we may not be able to stop your order before it's dispatched.
If you'd like to check whether your order can still be cancelled, you can:
- Chat with one of our Customer Service advisors for an immediate response, or
- Complete our online cancellation form and we'll review your request.
If your order has already been dispatched, you can still cancel it within 14 days of receiving it by returning the items in line with our returns policy. You may be responsible for the return postage costs.
I need to change my delivery address
Once an order has been placed, we can't change the delivery address.
If your order has been dispatched, you may be able to update your delivery preferences using the tracking link in your dispatch email. If you no longer have access to the delivery address, please contact Customer Service.
I need to change my order
Once an order has been placed, it can't be changed. This includes adding or removing items, changing sizes, colours or delivery options, applying discounts, or updating the email address linked to the order.
If you need different items, you'll need to place a new order and return any unwanted products in line with our returns policy
